Return Policy

SEC UK Industrial Battery will try to do whatever we can to successfully resolve any problems you may have with your order. We exercise goodwill wherever possible and truly want each of our customers to be 100% happy. We believe this approach is the only way for our business to grow. In the unlikely event that you need to return goods to us, please refer to the following procedures which are different for each reason:

Unwanted Goods
If you receive your goods and decide that you no longer wish to keep your order, you may return your order to us within 7 working days for a full refund. It is your responsibility to pay for the shipping cost in returning your order to us, and we recommend that you obtain proof of delivery when sending the package.
If you wish to return your order, please contact and advise us. We will then make a note and inform our warehouse to look for your return and advise our customer service staff accordingly when it arrives.

The following conditions apply:

  • The products must be in the same condition they were when received; in the original sealed boxes or packs.
  • The returned order must be received within 7 working days.
  • For specially ordered items, there is a 15% re-stocking fee
  • When we have received your order, we will quickly check it
  • Please allow up to 30 days for a refund, however typical times are 1 – 2 days.

While we are confident the high majority of our customers are honest, we do undertake security checks to match batch numbers upon receipt of returned goods.

Incorrect orders
If you have received your order and it contains incorrect items, we will either provide you with the cost of postage to return those items to us, or we will send a courier to pick up the incorrect order. We will do this using the fastest service available to us to minimize the inconvenience. We will then promptly dispatch the correct items to you using the fastest method available to us.

Faulty goods
If your order contains faulty goods, then you must inform us within 7 working days of discovering the fault and we will arrange for the goods to be returned to us at our own expense. We will then dispatch replacement goods to you using the fastest method available to us.

We thoroughly investigate claims of faulty batteries caused by mis-handling, or connection to faulty chargers along with checking the right battery has been used for the application.

These rights are in accordance with your rights under the EU Distance Selling Regulations and form part of the legal contract of website usage and sale. We will do everything we can to fairly resolve any issue.

Distance Selling Consideration
Under distance selling laws you have the right to cancel your transaction with us, for a full refund (minus postage) within 30 days of your order, on condition that the item is not damaged or opened.

Postage Policy

We aim to deliver all orders within 7 working days, however you should find your items arrive sooner.  We will notify you if products become out of stock or become unavailable for reasons beyond our control.  Our order tracking system will send you an email when the order has been dispatched.
